It's been a few weeks now that I have changed my lifestyle and at first I had shin splits only in one leg though, then after that went away I had pain in just one of my ankles, then after that stopped hurting my right leg muscle above my knee started hurting.
My question is why just in one leg not both??

Thanks!

Length maybe, at first, and then compensation pain.

What does any of that mean?

Well, it might be a long shot, but if you are jogging outside, the cambering of the street used to do that to me when I ran. I would have to switch off on sides of the street or find a flatter surface to run on. The cambering has the effect of shorting one leg, and you have to fight or compensate for the added strain.
