Macros
Hello. My goal is to lose about more lbs and I was wondering what my macros should be. Currently I am doing 45 C/ 30 P/ 25 F. I am female, 5'6 ish, 185 lbs, I go to the gym at least 3 days a week and majority is lifting weights. I just want to know if this is a good ratio. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

If I am in a caloric deficit and I am lifting weights regularly, what will be the outcome? I know in order to gain muscle you need to be in a caloric surplus, so what happens when you are in a deficit?
