Hello.
My goal is to lose about more lbs and I was wondering what my macros should be. Currently I am doing 45 C/ 30 P/ 25 F.
I am female, 5'6 ish, 185 lbs, I go to the gym at least 3 days a week and majority is lifting weights.
I just want to know if this is a good ratio.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

More protein.
If you want to change your ratios try something around 40-40-20.
More protein will give your body more building blocks for maintaining and building muscles. It will make it easier for your body to get and keep the benefits of the work you're doing lifting.0
