Why is my body not the same after losing weight this time?
I just lost 50 pounds to get down to a weight I was at 12 years ago. Yet the clothes I wore them are still too small. Not by a large amount, but I would not wear them in public. I just switched from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch, and I'm very confused as to how they both count calories. With my Fitbit, the more I moved, the more calories were added onto my daily total. Search recipe discovery
I can’t see a way to search through the recipe discovery page on the app. There is no little magnifying glass icon or anything. So if I want to see all the chicken breast recipes, for instant, I have to scroll through all of them. Or am I missing something?

Losing while eating back exercise calories
Has anyone ever eaten back all their exercise calories consistently and still lost weight? Or has anyone tried it and then the weight loss stopped. I’m never sure how much of my exercise calories I can eat

BMR or MFP calorie goal?
I'm a little confused about what I should pick as my calorie goal. I saw a registered dietician who suggested setting my goal at 1900, which is my BMR. (I'm 5'3" and 285.) But this is so much higher than any calorie goal I've ever tried in a past diet. MFP says I should be at 1330 to lose 2 pounds a week. Obviously that's…
