I am on 3d week and no loss...
I am on day 21 and my weight has flactuated a lot. Week one , I was on low carb but couldn't maintain it, even though I lost 0,5kilos. Week two I and three I was on TDEE recompense diet and I hit my caloric goals weekly. I feel better but I see no change in scale yet. Is it too soon? I also started lifting heavier weights.…

Eating back calories from exercise
Since I calculated my macros, with the IIFYM tool, and set it to calorie deficit, do I need to not eat back calories from my workouts? I am confused! I burn about 400kcal when hitting the gym (according to my polar).

Under caloric goal but over fat/carbs ?!
I'm trying to loose body fat and I'm eating avocados, cocnut butter (when cooking) and other HEALTHY fats. But my fat grams or my carb grams are usually over my goal and my calories under. Am I doing it wrong??? Plz help!
