I ate McDonald's!
I know, sounds yukky to some. But I was super craving McDonald's last night, and I was able to fit in a 6 piece nugget, a kids fry, and bag of apples! And I enjoyed the honey packet with my nuggets. :-)

Food diary adding in exercise. Help!
All of a sudden, with no intentional change by me, my diary is adding exercise calories into my diary from my Samsung Watch. I would like to turn that off, but I've been through the app on my Samsung phone and on the web app and can't find it. I've deleted the entries, but then they reappear! Totally out of the blue!

New (again) and I have a tracking question when eating out
I ate out tonight. I had about 1/2 of a lean steak, some garlic mashed potatoes, and some green beans. Very specific, right? All of it was loaded in butter though. I estimated on the steak, potatoes, and the green beans in the log. Do I just add a stick of butter to my diary?!?! It wasn't a restaurant chain, so no help…

How to cook veggies like Panda Express?
I know it sounds crazy, but I really love Panda Express veggies. I normally really dislike vegetables, but when I eat there I get the stir fried vegetables instead of rice and I love them so much!
