help me break this cycle!
every night before bed I feel so motivated to be healthy and accomplish so much the next day... I plan it all out and make a list. but when the next day comes around I constantly give in to my impulses all day (eating unhealthy & deciding I don't have time to exercise). anyone have some tips for how to get out of this rut ?
