Hey... Can any of you guys recommend a good preworkout. I'm just about done with my C4 and wanted some feedback before buying anymore. Are there any specific brands/flavors that you either love or absolutely hate?

Building Muscle on Keto???
Keto is great for dropping fat, but I also want to build muscle. How much flexibility do I have in terms of raising my protein. Right now I shoot for 60f/25p/15c everyday. I'm losing weight and inches but I don't think that's enough protein for me to make gains. Feedback please... :/

Can I save my calories for later?
Does anyone know if there's such a thing as "saving" up your calories? One of my girlfriends is throwing a Seafood & Booze Cruise this weekend and I just know I'm going to turn into a little piglet before the night is over. LOL! Can I cut cals this week and "save" them for Saturday night or am I just screwed? :D
