What's up everyone, I'm new to the community but I have been using this app for about 5 months or so. When I began my lifestyle change I weighed 260lbs and now I'm at 202lbs. My goal is to get my weight to 160lbs and then add 10lbs of muscle. So I thought it would be cool to talk to people with similar goals as myself.
