Question - How do I Allow Calories for Exrcise Properly
Hi - I am a new member and I am not clear on the exercise part. I started with exercise first and am on my 10th week riding a stationary bike. I am up to 60 minutes every morning for 6 days a week. I log in 15.0 to 15.5 miles during my 60 minutes so that is also 15.0 to 15.5 miles per hour in speed, or vigorous exercise.…
