Kimchi kelp noodles with ground pork
I made this the other day and it was so good that I had to share. Ingredients: 1 T olive oil 1 onion 3 cloves garlic 12 ounces ground pork 2 T fish sauce 1 package kelp noodles Saute the diced onion and minced garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes.
