2 Questions
1. Why do I get cold after I exercise. Just came home from the gym, normally never cold and I'm legitimately freezing 2. The gym I go to is Planet Fitness. I was wondering if anybody had any idea how many calories you burn doing 30 minute Express or 12 minute abs. Thanks!! :)

March goals?
People say it takes between 21-28 days to form a new habit. With March being a few days away, what new habit are you looking to form this month? For me, I would like to eat more through the day before I come home and eat everything in sight :P also I'd like to write more.

How did you start?
I'm really (REALLY) out of shape and really want to start losing weight... What did you do when you started to lose weight? Did you make a plan, did you find one online, did you just jump in head first and learn day by day?
