How did you start?

I'm really (REALLY) out of shape and really want to start losing weight... What did you do when you started to lose weight? Did you make a plan, did you find one online, did you just jump in head first and learn day by day?

    I started here - logging and realizing how awful I ate every day. Then I researched Macronutrients and built my grocery list. I stopped buying crap food, and stuck with my macro list. A couple months later - I decided to encorporate a weight lifting routine with my best friend, who lives in another state - so I did not have her at the gym with me everyday for motivation.

    You learn day by day, and find a plan that you can stick to for your lifetime :)
