How do I change the amount of calories I am to intake?
my fitness pal says I should eat 1200 calories a day, but my trainer at the fitness facility I workout at told me that I should eat 1500 calories because I am burning a minimum of 350 to 400 calories a day exercising. my trainer told me to eat 1500 calories, but this website told me to intake 1200 calories so now I am going over my limit? Can the calorie intake be manually changed??? Someone please help, otherwise I guess I'll use the In-Shape website. Thanks
