Advice? Should I start out with cardio, like the treadmill, and work my way up? I eventually want to start lifting, but have no clue where to start. HELP!

Food scale
So I was going to wait until this weekend to pick up a food scale. But I'm impatient. So I ordered one off Amazon with overnight delivery (lol). That being said, has anyone used the Ozeri Pronto Digital Multifunction Kitchen and Food Scale? It had good reviews. Hope it's worth it!

Eating question
Not sure if this has been asked... If so, I apologize. But most of the time my diary is too low now that I'm eating healthy. I know I shouldn't skip meals or eat less than 1200calories... So my question is this: Should I eat even if I'm not hungry (to make sure I eat enough calories and macros)?

When to start lifting?
Hey everyone! I've been off and on dieting/exercising for years. Recently, I hit one of my highest weight, 165lbs. The day after christmas, I committed to eating better as a starting point.
