Another confession: (This is cheaper and more rewarding than therapy. Not my confession) I have went through 2 tubs of vanilla greek yogurt and 2 jars of white chocolate peanut butter this week! :o

I was like that when I first started again... And I literally was full. I attribute it to my body adjusting to everything. Now, especially since I'm working out, I've upped to 1500ish a day... And if I'm still hungry, I'll eat. I'm finally using the cues of my body to guide me... And it's working :)

Perhaps. I was using Nike running shoes. But who knows, those may not be the right ones for my feet. I'll continue some low impact walking for now to try and keep my endurance up. Also, I'm doing the 21DFX right now, which is a lot of jumping. So I'll probably have to modify some of that.

Confession: I think I may have shin splints. But it's killing me to think I need to take a rest from C25K. Once I set my mind on something, I dont want to stop. I don't want to feel like a failure. But at the same time, I don't want to cause further damage or pain. What to do?!

I've made pancakes like this. Great for anyone who is doing gluten free (my son has to). They were delicious. I'll never go back to flour pancakes again. Also good with banana in place of cream cheese.

Just got my scale and tested my "eyeball" method and the tablespoon method of how I've been measuring PB. I actually have been RIGHT ON TARGET with both methods regarding the scale. And yes, I weighed the spoons first so I could subtract that from the total weight. I'm impressed that I've been on target with peanut butter.…

I log my water. But only to ensure that I get adequate water for the day, otherwise I'll go hours without anything. But... To me, WATER is water.

Confession: I'm a scale junkie. There are times I weigh myself 2 or 3 or more times a day. I always weigh first thing in the morning, without clothes, after peeing. But I have finally gotten the control to only log my weight once a week (on Sunday's).

Gotta admit, I laughed at this one. Unless something CALLS for a heaping tablespoon, then a tablespoon is supposed to be leveled off to be a true tablespoon.

First time I ever bleached my hair it turned out that way. I was trying to get red out. I shouldn't have attempted it. But my BF at the time had bright blue hair. So it just looked like I did it on purpose. Haha

I complain about my hair being too thick. I actually thin it, otherwise it's completely unruly!
