Hi All, Just starting this site and looking for good positive support and ideas. Actually came over from LS, and felt like I needed a change. I am currently at 161, with a goal of 145 and 5' 2". I work out four days per week, weights and cardio. I am a senior and do not look close to my age. :)
Hi All, my name is Lou and I am obviously new to MFP. I came over from another site LS, because I needed a change. I was impressed with this site and looking forward to gaining information and attaining my fitness goals. I work out four days per week, but need to drop about 16 - 20 lbs. At 5' 2", every excess pound shows.
