Just Starting MFP

Hi All, Just starting this site and looking for good positive support and ideas. Actually came over from LS, and felt like I needed a change. I am currently at 161, with a goal of 145 and 5' 2". I work out four days per week, weights and cardio. I am a senior and do not look close to my age. :)

    If your goal is 5' 2", what is your current height? You say you are a senior. If you mean senior in high school, you might still get taller, but restricting calories is not going to help you reach that goal (it won't necessarily interfere, but it won't help). If you mean senior in college, it's less likely. If you mean senior as in past 50 or 60, you might be able to lose some height, but gaining height is unlikely. :)

    Welcome! Eat at a deficit and you'll lose.
