I'm logging in my exercise class. I've done tums,bums and thighs(toning class) and bootcamp. Can someone tell me roughly how many calories to put down as I can't find it . Thanks
When adding amounts of water, who many cups to a litre?
i could eat anything after exercise. I get so hungry! I need will power to reduce my eating. I'm trying to cut down and exercise more (4 times gym classes) spinning, combat, tum and bums and body pump. Help
