I started at 230 lbs. (male) and was allotted 2090 calories per day. When I weighed in at 209 lbs. I lost 800 calories a day which equals 1290 calories per day. It seems like a drastic drop (-39%). Is this correct?
Gotta drop a toto of 60lbs. Doc says save my own life by getting active. Lost 15lbs. in the last 45 days. 45lbs. to go. Be back on Maui in June. Gotta get in shape!

I signed up 39 days ago and have tracked 100% of my nutrition and exercise. I've learned a lot and have a long way to go, but my goal is to go from 230 lbs. to 175 lbs. Dropped approx. 15 lbs. at this point. This program has helped me become much more aware and able to adjust my eating. Just started walking and lifting…
