Making progress

I signed up 39 days ago and have tracked 100% of my nutrition and exercise. I've learned a lot and have a long way to go, but my goal is to go from 230 lbs. to 175 lbs. Dropped approx. 15 lbs. at this point. This program has helped me become much more aware and able to adjust my eating. Just started walking and lifting weights within the last several weeks and finding it easier each time. 40 lbs. to go in 5.5 months... then it's off to Hawaii with the family :-)
