How to log homemade greek yogurt recipe into mfp?
Hi! Does anyone know how to log a homemade Greek yogurt recipe? Since the milk is cultured and the whey is strained off, the macros are different than the original ingredients. I used a gallon of whole milk, a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, and two tablespoons of chobani plain greek yogurt as the starter. Any ideas…
