Almost to goal
I started keto last year and have switched to calorie deficit and cardio. I have about 15 lbs left to goal. Looking for friends for encouragement and support.

Eating back calories
If I consume 1500 cals a day. Approx a 500 diet deficit. Work out 500-600 cal doing cardio. Should I eat back at least 200 calories so I dont go into starvation mode. What are your thoughts/experiences?

not losing
So what's going on? I'm working out 6 days a week on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day and eating 1500 calories a day. Its been 9 days total. And the scale dropped two pound but went right back up. I know its probably muscle. Maybe water weight. And I'm telling myself just keep going. Anyone else have this issue?
