not losing

So what's going on? I'm working out 6 days a week on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day and eating 1500 calories a day. Its been 9 days total. And the scale dropped two pound but went right back up. I know its probably muscle. Maybe water weight. And I'm telling myself just keep going. Anyone else have this issue?

Not muscle
Probably water
Do you weigh your food with scales?1 -
so you've been at it for 9 days total?
are you weighing your food? hows your logging?0 -
9 days isn't long enough. Could be DOMS. Agree with weighing your food and make sure you are logging everything correctly (no generic or homemade entries). Come back in 4 weeks if no change. This is a process so have patience.
And its not muscle.0 -
9 days is nothing to base your progress on, sorry.
9 weeks is more like it.
Since I don't know your weight, or body fat percentage, I can't say much else besides: "add weight training."

Dont give in. Youre weight fluctuates so much during 24hrs and only 9 days wont tell a true story. Ive found our weights always a week behind, so at least 2 weeks of being perfect before u see results1

Thanks everyone for your comments. I do have a food scale but I only weigh my meats on it. I'll definitely give it more time0
