So here I am doing this again...in 2008 I was 265 pounds and we went on a program that you pay for that uses points, and you attend meetings and I did really well for 10 months and went from 265 to 190lbs...then I fell off the wagon and from there the wheels fell off I went up to 290 lbs and have been there for the better…

Get a Dog
If you need motivation to exercise get a dog, I got a puppy in April, needed motivation to walk and he's helped alot. been using my fitness Pal for the last 3 weeks steady and dropped 12 pounds. A dog can give you motivation to walk if you don't really want to.
