Doing it all again

So here I am doing this again...in 2008 I was 265 pounds and we went on a program that you pay for that uses points, and you attend meetings and I did really well for 10 months and went from 265 to 190lbs...then I fell off the wagon and from there the wheels fell off I went up to 290 lbs and have been there for the better part of the last 5 years. Last fall I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease, and made a commitment to lose weight. It was Halloween and I was determined to be 100lbs lighter Halloween 2015...as the weeks slipped by I failed to commit, failed to exercise and failed to watch what I ate, I failed to care...we had an early spring this year and I started walking, I finally started putting effort into this daily especially since we got our puppy, I have lost 18lbs since July 28. Have about 75 left to go. I started checking the forums on here for support, added a few friends so feel free to add me...I think all the support and motivation I need can be found here...and it's alot cheaper too...there is some recipes from there that I liked and have dug them up again and plan to use them...in the mean time I am highly motivated right now to shed these pounds.
