Circuit-based Weight Training Results (Recomposition)

After a bit of a dirty bulk phase (sorrynotsorry), I start my much cleaner cut tomorrow. I'm looking forward to some light salads and leafy greens. So, gimme some ideas! My new obsession is feta, arugula, salt/pepper, olive oil, splash of balsamic, prosciutto, apple, and sunflower seeds. So sofa king good.

I think parkour/free running and practical body weight strength training (pull-ups, push-ups, etc.) would be useful for the first half and muay thai/judo for the next (just saying mma I think is cheating). Would love to hear your answers!

HRM Accuracy (Polar FT7)?
Hi all, not sure if this is where I'd put this question, but I'll fire away! Try to make this short: bought a polar FT7 and took it out for a spin for the first time today. I did my usual 5k run (around 3.5 miles)--takes me about 35-40 minutes. I looked down at the end of my run to see how much I burned: 401 calories! That…
