New to this message board, but willing to move it along if anyone else it. :) Planning for this month to be a good one. Trying something new. Intermittent fasting...by eating a great breakfast and lunch, then skipping dinner. Will see if that kick-starts loss for me. What is your plan for March? becky
Thought I would drop in and see if this is the place for me. Want to lose about 12lb and if by Flag Day that would be great! If not...then by end of summer. Slow and sure for me to hold it off. :) becky
