A long way to go but I'm on my way
I started this on September 1st when I hit 272 on the scales. Today I hit my first goal weight of 225. Next stop 205, then hopefully 195. My fitness pal has helped me get my life back on track. I've still got a long way to go but I'm confident with the help and support here, I'll succeed in dropping another 30 pounds or until I can see my six pack again which ever comes first
