A long way to go but I'm on my way

I started this on September 1st when I hit 272 on the scales. Today I hit my first goal weight of 225. Next stop 205, then hopefully 195. I've managed this strictly using a calorie deficit and walking about 5 miles a day with some push-ups and dumbbell exercises in between. I'm not eating clean like I should and rely on packaged and processed foods but that's next on the list. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thanks MFP for giving me the tools to turn my life around!!gvhb0yj1g8rc.jpg
