I'm right there with you katybear, I lost 60 pounds and went right back to my old ways and put almost every bit of it back on again. Monday, I deleted all my old history and started again at day one. I feel your pain :)

Thank you!!! This was an intermediate pic back in February. I had lost 32 pounds but had no muscle definition so I started hitting the weights.

These two pics are 4 months apart. In the 1st I weighed 240 and now I'm 215, yet I look bigger in the second pic because I am losing fat and gaining muscle.

Can anyone give me any pointers as to how to get my pics to not post sideways? Looks right on my cell phone that I post from but not on my computer

started at 272 October 1st and I'm at 215 now. Still a ways to go before I hit my goal yet.

Yep, it depends on the person. If I eat a big meal for breakfast it sets me up craving big meals for the rest of the day, not to mention that you blow the majoirity of your calorie allotment in the morning

Reset your "goals" in MFP to reflect your current weight. That should get you back on track. If dropping several hundred calories at a time causes you to binge then try readjusting in smaller increments. Say 50 to 100 pounds until you get use to eating at that range then try dropping another 50 to 100.
