Back in 2009 I dropped about 70 pounds to join the military. But since I got out last year I've almost put it all back on. I want to get back in shape and looking for other people to help motivate each other :)

I'm been trying to figure out helpful macros for my body type which is pointing me to Endomorph body type. Any recommendations? I tried a high protein low carb diet and ended up putting on alot of weight. I've lost weight to join the military, but since I've been out last year I've put it all back on.
