Has anyone had luck (or a bad experience) with the 100 push up challenge? I am aiming to increase my upper body strength starting with bodyweight exercises.

FODMAP Diet
Hi folks. Does anyone follow a FODMAP diet? How strict are you in following it? Has it helped with SIBO or IBS at all? Do you do anything else for your SIBO? Also, is it difficult to get in enough veggies with this diet? Any staples? I'm also a vegetarian (no meat, fish/dairy okay).

In need of tips for maintaining control for the holidays!
Having recovered from an eating disorder, binging around the holidays is still a difficult thing for me to avoid. I'm looking to enjoy Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's Eve this year without overdoing it or setting myself up for weeks of unhealthy overeating, like happened over Thanksgiving. Any tips?
