I'm sure you've heard this before, but have you tried flavored seltzer water? It doesn't have the sugar or caffeine, but maybe you could supplement those with coffee and fruit and then cut them out as you adjust. Worth a try anyway, then you can see what works! At least the sugars would be real sugars as opposed to corn…

Sure, but I'm home for the holidays and will only be here till January, and it is the first time all of my friends and I are legally able to go out to bars together. It's a little tricky in that regard.

I do my shopping exclusively at secondhand stores. They have all unique things, it's much more fun, produces less waste (minimizes your carbon footprint!), much cheaper, and feels more rewarding at the end of the day.
