Sharing recipes
When creating a recipe I believe we have the option of allowing others to see it. Once I have created a recipe, however, am I able to still share it with others. I know someone who started doing this and would like to share some of my recipes with them. If it is still possible, how would I do it?

Ounces, pounds, and servings
I have a recipe that calls for a 4-5 pound whole chicken and that it serves 4. The chicken I used was a 5 pound whole chicken which states on the packaging that a serving size is 4 oz and that total servings varies. Creating a new food
If a nutrition label says <5mg, do we enter 5 (obviously more than) or 0 (possibly less than)? Which would serve better as the more accurate measurement?
