If a nutrition label says <5mg, do we enter 5 (obviously more than) or 0 (possibly less than)? Which would serve better as the more accurate measurement?

There are no right answers, but two options I have done are:
1) Split the difference and enter 2.5, which would be displayed as 3 in some parts of the program, or
2) Enter 4.4, which is less than 5 and rounds down to 4 when displayed in some parts of the program.0 -
