Starting Strong Curves, am I doing it right???
Okay, so I am starting this Strong Curves program, and I started today. I'm doing it at home, and I'm not sore and didn't really break a sweat during the workout. Is it supposed to be easy at first? Or do I need to up my weights? I did some of the exercises for the B & C days, and even then those aren't "challenging".

How much oil is absorbed when you fry stuff?
I'm making potato tacos for dinner. I end up frying them in a skillet of oil. I'm wondering how much oil gets put into things when they're fried, so I know how many calories are in them. How do you figure it out? Could I weigh it before and after it's cooked? Just assume it absorbed a standard % of the total oil it was in?

Honestly, since I've started eating like a normal person and not a garbage disposal, my bill has gone way done.
