Papaya! Soooooo yummy.

Instead of recipes that are all complicated, I would do a protein, a carby side, and a veggie side for dinner every night. Grill chicken, side of black beans, and salad. Serve with salsa, tortillas, and pico de Gallo. Sour cream if you can handle it. Voila! I actually eat that a lot. It's really good.

I was wondering too!! You couldn't have any conventional pizza meats, but then how is the meat eater happy? Maybe she brought home several pizzas. Yum!

Yes. You cook for yourself, and they cook for themselves. You're welcome!

Healthy really doesn't have to be hard, just make small changes. Spaghetti for example. Use ground turkey for meatballs versus ground beef, and throw in some extra veggies into the sauce, like a frozen bag of mixed veggies. Bake fries/potato wedges instead of frying them. Make your own pizza. It's actually super easy and…

Mine a little shy of 1600, and it's open. 22 Female. I am trying to log on the weekends, but I'm pretty good on the weekdays!! I weigh, and cook a lot.

Thank you! I think I was really looking to hear that it needs to be a challenge!! Thank you!!!
-
Yeah there wasn't really any advice on what weights to start with or when to go up, etc. in the book. Thank you so much though, I'll just keep adding more until it becomes a challenge!

Ok, I guess my question was do I stick with "easy" weights for awhile and just do it, or do I need more weight? I actually have a bench and some weights, it just said dumbells so I used the heaviest I had. Should I use the barbells instead of the dumbells? I'm new to lifting weights, but not new to bodyweight exercises…

14-15 packs a week?!? Even at $5/pack that's around $300/month. They're $8 where I live. That's close to $500. That's crazy.

I like to snack on cut up jicama. So crunchy and yummy. Sometimes I put lime and chili powder. I also like cereal.
-
Chia seeds or coffee! Chia seeds also seem to help my cravings when I'm really just bored. I just chew about a teaspoons worth, and drink water. I don't put it in water.

We still eat processed foods. Me and my daughter shared a ramen for lunch, and I used a can of cream of mushroom for dinner. And rice. I just didn't eat either because I would rather have a bowl of cereal. My strategy with pickiness with my kids is you eat what I make or you can wait until the next meal. I don't give…

You can add me, my diary is open. My kids are 10,5,1 They all eat what I make/eat We eat fruit/veggies all day everyday. My 10 year olds lunch is pb&j on wheat, water bottle, carrots or cucumber, and two fruits usually. He LOVES cucumber with chili powder, lime juice, and salt. I buy 1 bag of chips for the house a week,…

I have it, and I really like it. I haven't done the whole program like it's designed. I really don't like the cardio or bum bum video. I love the other three though. If you start it, I might have to start doing it again too.

Turkey veg meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, and salad. But I'm probably going to skip to potatoes. We'll see.

Mine's also open to everyone. I log mostly every weekday, and am trying to get used to logging on the weekends too. :/ I'm a SAHM with 3 kids, and they all eat what I eat and make.

When I was 135-140lbs, I was a size 4/6, 28 jeans, 8 in formal dresses, and M top.

If you search breastfeeding in the food database, it'll have a bunch of entries depending on how old your baby is. It'll show like it says 500cal, but when you add it, it's actually -500cal. So if you want to have a 1500cal/day diet, and then add in your breastfeeding needs, it'll be 2000cal/day.

My mother in law drinks water with chia seeds everyday. She's from Mexico, and says it helps with the stomach - but idk if she meant digestion, stomach ache, bloat, who knows. I have some in my house, and I like them. They taste really nutty, and I like the crunch. They absorbed a ton of water, so if you stick them in a…

Avocado, cilantro, tomato, salt, onion, jalepeno But I'm happy with avocado, cilantro, and salt

Wow, thank you all so much for your posts. This has really helped me realize what's going on. My background is a bit different. I struggled with drug addiction most of my life, and have been clean for about two years. I assumed my weight gain was a normal side effect of a "healthier" lifestyle, but I've been noticing my…

Wow! I'm losing my mind reading that in some areas lettuce is $3.50/head, and Roma tomatos are $2/lb.

Whenever I freeze casserole type dishes, I line my Pyrex dish with foil, then put the food, then cover with foil, then freeze. Once frozen I take it out of the dish and put it in a ziploc bag and keep it in the freezer. When its time to cook, I just put it back in the container it was molded in and cook in the oven. It…

5 3 here. I'm currently 154, goal 130. I aim for 1500 but I usually go over by a lot, so I eat honestly about 1800 on average. I keep losing steadily though, but I exercise and am breastfeeding still.

I make a big easy batch of lentil soup every week to use up that weeks veggies that are left over. I use brown lentils. Boil in a large pot of water, then add tons of veggies, cumin, salt, paprika, bullion, pepper, cilantro. I literally throw in ALL veggies I haven't used to clean up my fridge. Kale, spinach, zucchini,…
