I didn't quite believe I was an emotional eater until today. I have been dealing with some difficult stuff for a few days, courtesy of flashbacks on past trauma and a mentally ill friend. I have had about 4,000 calories today. And my binges are consistently immediately following an upset.
My son and I are the only ones living in our home. I'm having a hard time getting him to eat anything but yogurt, oatmeal, grapes and the occasional pizza or mac and cheese. I really want to expand his diet to help him stay balanced. But I also only want to cook one meal for both of us. Any ideas?
