staying on track during hard times
Hi all I'm currently going through some difficult personal issues and am having a hard time getting motivated to get out of bed and go to work on the morning, let alone work out and eat right. How do you stay motivated when all you want to do is nothing?

I have a horrible sweet tooth. My upbringing has me conditioned to want something sweet after I eat a meal. Anyone have any suggestions on how to kill the cravings?

I quit playing the sport that kept me active about 6 months ago and I've gained a lot of weight since then. Trying to get back on track and be healthy once again!
