i am going to aqua aerobics 3 times a week eating under the set calories. but don't seem to be losing very much weight or i just don't feel like i am. it was coming off now just sitting at the same weight. must need to get back on the treadmill as well. just finding it hard to find the time. how do you all manage , 5 kids,…

i am finding this really hard as i don't have family support i just get the king of cals anyone else get this . but i want to show them all i can do it and then maybe they will want to join me.
