How do you get past those days of blah. I usually do pretty good but every now and then it just gets overwhelming and frustrating. I still manage through a workout but with no enthusiasm at all.
I am on week 6 of Piyo. Love it. I was wondering if anyone else is doing it and if so do you do any other workouts also? I have been recording it as yoga but is there a better way?

I have been tracking my calories for 118 days religiously. I exercise six days a week . I have added muscle but not making any progress on weight loss for about a month now. I rarely and I mean rarely go over my calorie goal of 1420. Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
