Holy cow I'm only on day 4 but I decided to track my measurements monthly. Man was that an eye opener and kind of depressing. It's very motivating though since I have 120 pounds to lose. Can't wait to see those numbers come down.
Hi I'm Jackie, I am starting fresh this year. No more gaining and losing weight all the time. I have a lot to lose 120 pounds. I lost 150 pounds about 13 years ago so I know it can be done. I'm doing baby steps by exercising 5 days a week and making healthier choices, along with severely limiting junk food.
