Hi I'm Jackie,

I am starting fresh this year. No more gaining and losing weight all the time. I have a lot to lose 120 pounds. I lost 150 pounds about 13 years ago so I know it can be done. I'm doing baby steps by exercising 5 days a week and making healthier choices, along with severely limiting junk food.

    hi jackie,,need to lose 56lbs .....am going to make this year MY YEAR..am 60 in three weeks time and i want to get a heads up so i dont go mad and overdo it on the day..

    Eat at a deficit, weigh and measure everything any go get it! Good luck ladies.

    I agree - use the resources this site gives you and log each and every morsel, be it good or bad! Learn about your good and bad habits and keep under your daily recommended intake. You WILL do this!!

    I did very well yesterday. Lots of protein and fiber. Just cleaned out refrigerator and am grocery shopping for more healthy food. Almost time to Zumba in a little bit.
