How often do you track measurements?
I’ve been using MFP for a while. I track my weight weekly, but rarely take measurements. I just did some last week, but prior to that I hadn’t done it since January. I tend to wait for a big loss on the scale to measure or take progress pictures, but I wonder if I should do it weekly to look for possible trends? Curious…
