How often do you track measurements?

I’ve been using MFP for a while. I track my weight weekly, but rarely take measurements. I just did some last week, but prior to that I hadn’t done it since January.
I tend to wait for a big loss on the scale to measure or take progress pictures, but I wonder if I should do it weekly to look for possible trends?
Curious what others do.
Many thanks!

Have decided to do it once a month as they take so long to show a decent change.
I bought this proper body tape measure on Amazon to help and have found it good so far.

I'm going to take measurements every 10 lbs loss because I'm curious what my measurements are at different weights.3

Only when my wt has chged enough to call for it or if my clothes don"'t seem to fit the same way anymore1

I do monthly. Not always a huge change but I enjoy tracking1

Thanks all! I think I’ll try monthly. I’m starting strength training and it would be nice to see changes even when the scale isn’t moving.1

When I was losing every 10 pounds loss.
In maintenance now and I track once a month just for the data. The numbers are pretty consistent, but I like knowing.4 -
Once a month for me1

I weigh 2x daily (morning, and night) - gives me an idea of daily fluctuations.
I measure whenever I feel like it, usually once a week. While I was from the hip maintaining and going through a lot of beer partying over the summer I measured more often and would do a 1000cal deficit day every once in a while to undo the damage. Seemed to work.1
