How do you keep carbs down?!
For my weight/activity/weight loss goals, my recommendations are carbs 30g, protein 92g, fat 151g. I haven’t started eating yet today… I tried playing with and creating my menu and diet last night on MFP. I can’t for the life of me keep my carbs down unless I cut out my vegetables. Has Anyone Tried the "It Works!" Product Line?
I'm going to an It Works! party that a friend is hosting. http://www.bodywraps-store.com They have slimming body wraps, and ointments, etc. Has anyone in the community tried these products? When I go to her party, should I keep an open mind and try out/purchase some of these products, or are they total garbage?
