Any moms with post-baby tummy?

Starting Over Week 1 January 26....
Kills me to do this but I had dental surgery at the beginning of week 2 and today's my first day back... Going to start right from the beginning so I can see 'true' results of 12 consecutive weeks.

Week 2 Daily Workout
I have dental surgery on Tuesday that is going to put me out of commission for a few days so I did Monday's workout today. It wasn't terrible though it took some time to psych myself up for it, I'm definitely feeling like it's Day 7!! Tomorrow's plan is 45 minutes of power walking and also Wednesday's arms workout.…

Recommended Calorie Intake?
I did not purchase the meal plan with the program, I 'think' I'll be ok with clean eating on my own but was curious to know if there is a recommended calorie intake for each day? Right now I'm eating between 1,300-1,500, higher protein and lower carb. What is everyone else doing?

Post Week 1 Day 1...
Anyone else having a hard time walking up stairs (walking in general)? I had hoped to get a 5k in today but have a feeling simply walking for 45 minutes will be enough! Day 1 kicked my butt more than I thought it would.
