I love iced coffee but hate the calories
Who doesn't love iced coffee? If you do like I do, how do I still get to enjoy my favorite treat but not spend my daily allowance on one grande iced beverage. (I could cut it out but what is life without iced coffee.. ya I'm that much of a fan) What do you do/what are your alternatives?

Night shift
Hi I work nights! Anyone have suggestions for how to track on the nights I work so I can be the most consistent and accurate? I.e. Should my day start from when I wake up to when I sleep or should I calculate based on midnight to midnight. Any insight on eating healthy while working nights is also appreciated!

BMI
So just a little curious cause I've been doing research about BMI's.. How much should one rely on that and it base their focus on that? Is that what should determine a "goal weight"?
