Help! What food do you enjoy that suppresses your appetite and is easy to calculate? Especially important when you are out and about. I find I'm eating way too much fast food!

I weigh 219 pounds, I was thinking about counting only my carbs and reducing them to 200 grams per day, do you think this is a good weight loss plan?
